Terence Patrick Roberts (Terry) passed away peacefully with family by his side at his home in Clever, MO on May 21, 2019. Terry was born June 27, 1957, in Springfield, MO to Charles Eugene and Frances Elizabeth (Knabb) Roberts. He attended Central High School in Springfield and returned to school at age 52, graduating with a Networking Technology degree from Ozarks Technical Community College.
He married Debbie Piper on November 23, 1985, and to this union was born the joy of his life, Amanda Louise.
Terry worked in construction for many years and was proud to be called a carpenter. He possessed an innate sense of fairness that applied to all aspects of his life. He took it as a personal challenge to make any one he met laugh. He was most at peace in the woods and loved studying the stars, technology and politics.
Terry is preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Elizabeth Durham and brother, Kelley Roberts.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah Marshall, daughter, Amanda (Kenny) Siler, brothers Charles and Sean Roberts, nephews Kelley II, Aaron, Kyle, and Jeremiah Roberts, great nephews Kelley III, Korlen, and Maverick Roberts and great niece Hadley Roberts. Also surviving are those he was proud to be Grandpa Terry to: Dustin (Kristin) Siler and Brittany (Garrett) Harp and their children, Elijah, Sydney and Xander Siler and Alyssa and Attie Harp.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 25, 4-6 p.m. at Eastlawn Funeral Home, 2244 E. Pythian Street, Springfield, MO 65802, followed by cremation. Family services will be held at a later date.
