Erwin Anthony "Tony" Earl, 63 of Springfield has now moved on to his prepared place in Heaven on Monday, September 9, 2013 in his home with his loving wife Pat and sister Kathy by his side. He was born on January 1, 1950 and spent his childhood in Honolulu, HI.

Tony moved to Springfield, MO in 1968, graduated from SMSU in 1974 and worked at Springfield Public Works for 15 years. He then went onto start his own business, Earl Excavation from where he retired.

He is survived by his wife, Pat; daughter, Kristen; stepson, Steven; 2 grandsons; sisters, Kathy and husband Dale of Olathe, KS and Donna of Greer, SC; brother Mike of Honolulu and a host of family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and a stepson Allan.

A visitation will be held on Friday, September 13, 2013 from 1:00 till 2:00 pm with a service to follow at 2:00 pm in the Eastlawn funeral home, 2244 E Pythian, Springfield, MO 65802. Interment will be in Eastlawn Cemetery.
