Carol Elaine Buckner, 81, of Springfield, MO went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. She was born on Tuesday, June 13, 1944 in Sac City, IA to Lillian Earl And Carl Hansen.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband Hulen "Joe" Buckner just four short months ago. The thought of their reunion brings joy and comfort to their families.

She is survived by her loving son Eric Browning of Kansas City, MO and her two stepchildren Shawn "Chris" Buckner (wife Abby) and Terri (Nikki) Chitwood (husband Joe), two grandchildren Greyson Buckner and Kylie Chitwood, all of Ozark and one brother Harold Hansen of St Charles, MO.

Carol's life was marked by her commitment to her family and her faith. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
